Very tasty food from the people from whom I bought lunch many, many times at their booth at the Regional and downtown Farmer’s Market.   While Laotian food can be blisteringly hot, they will adjust it to your spice tolerance level.  I made the mistake once of ordering it very spicy.  This momentary lapse of reason rendered me almost unable to finish my meal.  My own fault.  I like it quite hot, but not max hot.
